Who you might be:

• College students (we can work around most schedules)

• Able to work the hours you need within an 8-6 Mon-Fri workweek.

• Occasional weekend or night.

• For sales and production; enjoys working in an air-conditioned building

• For an installer; would be able to understand a job site for sign installs.

• Had a job since you were old enough to work.  Your history of work has been solid, when you left you were missed.

• Have basic phone and writing skills, you’re a detailed person.

Pay examples:

• You; Might have none of the specialty experience above but eager and self-motivated to learn and be more productive.  You are only wanting part-time but need an employer who can work around other commitments.

  • Starting $10 an hour.

  • Higher with experience.

  • Higher if working longer during certain seasons (like summer)

• You: Have experience with and don’t need training for your position. Can work full time. 

  • $12 to $15 hour (all of our full-time staff are at this range and higher)

• You have the experience, knowledge, understanding, heart, and ability to run a department or the whole company.

  • Starting $20+ plus bonuses
